SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SassyClothingBlanks.com is using the most current version of UPS On-Line Tools to calculate its shipping cost. The cost of shipping is determined by package weight and location of the warehouse to where your orders are shipping from. Your order will ship from one of our ten warehouses; whichever is nearest to you.
Your orders are shipped to you via UPS ground. You may choose faster methods, but please take a look at the Cost and estimated Days it arrive compared to Ground. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for delivery, but in some remote places it might take up to 3 - 7 business days. We can't control the various shipping distances. If the cost for shipping an item is unreasonable, call us. We may find a similar garment which will meet your needs located in a warehouse closer to you. (Not every item we carry is always in-stock at each and every warehouse we have.)
Shipping Options Includes Ups Ground 1 - ?, 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day shipments. (Only Next Day delivery is Promised, or your money back.)
Our Vendors work hard to make sure all products sold by Sassy Clothing Blanks are in stock. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock and on backorder (B/O). When this happens, we will notify you and let you decide if you want to wait for it or have your order shipped without the back-ordered items. We will send the B/O as soon as it becomes available, but you may not want to wait a long time for it. Your credit card will never be charged for the B/O until the B/O is fulfilled. NOTE: We often can find you another product which may work for you close to the same price. (We have over 70 brands to pull from and many of the items are exactly same.)
Checking Your Order Status:
You will receive a UPS tracking number in an email after your order has shipped, or you may call us regarding your order's status
First – Do not return anything directly to my office in Texas. Everything must go back to the warehouse it was shipped from. (10 different warehouses)
Please inspect your merchandise, when you receive it before ,decorating. We cannot accept returns on decorated (excluding irregulars, & mistakes) or washed garments, under any circumstances.
All claims for shortages, damages, defects, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Returns must be authorized by Sassy Clothing Blanks in advance, by phone or web, and within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We will give you a Return Authorization (RA) number to write on the outside of the box.
No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. (stocking fee for returns)
Claims made on returns for defective merchandise must follow the warranties on Sassy Clothing Blanks "General Terms & Conditions of Sale."
Cancelled orders, returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to customer error, or refusal are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of the returned products plus applicable shipping charges. There is a minimum restocking fee of $5.00.
You must prepay Freight on all returns for any mistakes not made by Sassy Clothing Blanks or our vendors.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization form or number from Sassy Clothing Blanks. Click on the "RETURNs" button at the bottom of a page to get your RA number.

Returns, without the original corresponding invoice number(s), will be credited at the lowest published price.
Merchandise that is not Sassy Clothing Blanks' (meaning sold to you by Sassy Clothing Blanks) will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by Sassy Clothing Blanks. (Goodwill or similar organizations .)
Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
Altered or embellished products are not returnable excluding irregulars.
Returns on drop shipments coming directly from Mill suppliers are not allowed.
Defective merchandise must have removable tape placed over the flaw before returning.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size and quantity on orders dropped shipped to parties other than the buyer before decorating.

Cancellation or Changes:
Due to our lightning fast order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once placed. You can, however, do a return or exchange once you receive the product.
